🔁 Can I Return an Item?
We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
You received the wrong item
The item was damaged or defective upon arrival
❌ We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Opened or used products
Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
Request must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order
Item must be unused, in original packaging, and with complete labels/seals intact
Include photo/video proof of the issue
💸 Refund Options
If your return is approved, you may choose:
A replacement item (if stock is available)
A store credit for your next purchase
A full refund (if we’re unable to replace)
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after inspection and approval.
🚚 Who Pays for Return Shipping?
If the error was on our part (wrong item, damaged), we will shoulder the return shipping cost.
For any other reason, the buyer will cover the return shipping.
